If you are looking for the ultimate Cheesecake experience, you have found the perfect place! We proudly offer one of the largest selections of mini cheesecake flavors in Pensacola with more than 300 varieties and counting. Our mini cheesecakes are baked in small batches giving them the proper attention they deserve. By focusing on Mini Cheesecakes, we have created the perfect combination of size and variety. From a sweet treat for two, an office potluck for 20, or a wedding reception for 200, our Mini Cheesecakes are sure to be a hit!

No Large Cheesecakes or Slices. Just Perfectly Portioned Minis.

Our cheesecakes are NOT New York Style cheesecakes. These are OUR style cheesecakes. Creamy, delicious mini cheesecakes on a crunchy cookie crust. Our crust provides the stability for our mini cheesecakes to be picked up and eaten rather than needing a fork or a spoon. While we know that we can't please all of the people all of the time, with 300+ different mini cheesecake flavors in our repertoire, we are determined enough to still do our very best to try to please most of the people all of the time! Crazy, we know, but we can’t claim to be using our mad scientist cheesecake skills if we don’t own up to a little bit of crazy.
